Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) has directed its party cadres not to erect banners, flex boards or cut-outs on roads, public places, and traffic-heavy zones during birthdays and family celebrations, emphasizing public safety and convenience. The party has also cautioned that any act causing inconvenience to the public during celebrations will invite strict disciplinary action. The directive, issued with the approval of party leader and Chief Minister-designate Vijay, is being seen as part of TVK’s effort to promote disciplined public conduct and reduce road disruptions caused by celebrations.
