The Endowments Department focuses on improving temple services with the aim of enhancing devotee satisfaction.

In a bid to enhance the satisfaction of devotees in temples, senior officials of the Endowments Department have issued key directives aimed at improving services and facilities.

The higher officials of the Endowments Department have instructed to improve the services provided to devotees in temples and enhance their satisfaction levels.

In a video conference held on Tuesday, a review was conducted on temple management, facilities, and cleanliness. They suggested taking measures to ensure at least 80 percent positive feedback from devotees regarding basic amenities such as darshan, annaprasadam, drinking water, and toilets. They directed to make additional arrangements considering the summer season. It was mentioned to use modern methods in the preparation of annaprasadam to enhance quality and speed, as well as to ensure that staff interact with devotees respectfully. The meeting was attended by Durgaamma Temple EO Sheena Naik, EE Koteswararao, among others.
