The Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao emphasized that all departments should work with the primary goal of providing better facilities for the devotees. In a review meeting held, he instructed the officials to focus specifically on arrangements for darshan, drinking water facilities, distribution of annaprasadam, maintenance of toilets, and sanitation.

In light of the summer intensity, he reported that free cooling centers have been established at major junctions, providing drinking water and buttermilk. He suggested ensuring that there is a continuous supply of drinking water in the queue lines and temple premises, and to set up more earthen pots.

He directed that cleanliness and quality should be prioritized in the distribution of annaprasadam, and that only fresh vegetables should be used. He mentioned the need to provide services to devotees swiftly and with warmth.

He instructed the officials to continue robust sanitation management within the temple premises and to inform devotees about the facilities provided by the temple through the temple's broadcasting system.
