On Sunday, the Executive Officer Mr. M. Srinivas Rao inspected the Anna Prasada distribution services provided to devotees at the Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple in Srisailam.
As part of the review of administrative matters, he visited the Anna Prasada distribution hall and examined the arrangements. Initially, the Executive Officer inspected the donation collection center within the Anna Prasada distribution hall and subsequently held a meeting with officials, offering several suggestions to provide better services to the devotees.
During this occasion, Srinivas Rao personally served Anna Prasada to the devotees and interacted directly with those receiving meals to gather feedback on aspects such as serving, taste, and cleanliness.
He suggested that the services of Shiva Sevaks be extensively utilized in the Anna Prasada distribution. He emphasized the need to provide special training to Shiva Sevaks to ensure respectful interaction with devotees. He instructed the officials to continuously monitor the smooth operation of Anna Prasada distribution in every hall. Special attention should be given to ensure that every dish is served to each devotee. He also mentioned that staff should maintain constant supervision in all halls. All precautions should be taken to ensure that the Anna Prasada dishes are tasty and of high quality, and only fresh vegetables should be used. Furthermore, he directed the staff to give utmost importance to cleanliness in the kitchen, distribution halls, and the premises.
