Srisailam Devasthanam Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao directed officials to ensure that devotees visiting the shrine are fully satisfied with the facilities provided by the temple administration.
He emphasised that improving pilgrim services should remain the top priority for every department. Chairing a review meeting at the Administrative Building on Friday evening, the Executive Officer assessed the arrangements being made for devotees. Department heads and supervisors from all wings attended the meeting. The EO instructed officials to focus on providing seamless darshan arrangements, uninterrupted drinking water supply, quality Annaprasadam, free prasadam distribution, well-maintained toilets and high standards of sanitation. He said at least 90 per cent of devotees should express satisfaction with the services offered by the temple. He also directed staff to ensure continuous drinking water and refreshments at queue lines and queue complexes, maintain hygiene in the Annaprasadam hall, and regularly monitor the quality and taste of the food served. The Executive Officer further instructed sanitation teams to maintain cleanliness not only on the main temple roads but also on ring roads and internal roads across the temple premises. He stressed the timely removal of waste and continuous monitoring of sanitation. He also advised officials to make regular announcements through the temple's public address system about the various facilities available, enabling devotees to make better use of the services provided by the Devasthanam.
