Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Varla Devasthanam Executive Officer V.K. Seena Naik has issued a stern warning to Agile Security Agency following complaints over staff negligence and rude behaviour towards devotees.

He made it clear that devotee safety, dignity and convenience must remain the top priority. Security guards have been told not to use mobile phones while on duty and must treat devotees with patience and courtesy. Any staff member found behaving rudely, pushing devotees or neglecting duty could face immediate removal. Guards have also been directed to greet devotees with “Jai Bhavani”. Parking management and traffic arrangements at the temple premises must be improved. The EO warned that repeated violations could lead to heavy penalties and even cancellation of the agency’s contract.
