Srisailam Temple to hold five-day Varuna Yagam and Sahasra Ghatabhishekam

Srisailam Temple is gearing up for a five-day spiritual do, seeking timely rains, bumper crops and prosperity across Andhra Pradesh.

Srisailam Devasthanam will conduct a five-day Varuna Yagam and Sahasra Ghatabhishekam from August 7 to 11, 2026, praying for timely rains, good crops and a prosperous Andhra Pradesh.

As part of the preparations, Dharmika Mandali Chairman Pothugunta Ramesh Naidu, Executive Officer M. Srinivasa Rao, board member A.V. Ramana and Vedic scholars invited Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy on August 6. The minister was presented with Vedic blessings, sacred robes and temple prasadam. The invitation was extended on behalf of Srisailam Devasthanam officials.
