Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has issued a strong message to government officials, warning that the younger generation, particularly Gen-Z, is increasingly questioning the administration when people’s problems are ignored.

Speaking at a collectors’ conference, Chandrababu said officials cannot afford to remain confined to air-conditioned offices while ordinary people struggle with unresolved grievances.

“If people feel that justice has not been done, they will question it,” the Chief Minister said, stressing that public anger cannot be brushed aside by the administration.

Chandrababu directed collectors and senior officials to approach public grievances with sensitivity, empathy and a human touch, rather than treating them as routine bureaucratic matters.

He said the administration must understand the pain and expectations of citizens and respond with proper planning and effective implementation.

The Chief Minister’s remarks carry a clear message for officials: ignoring people’s problems could invite growing public scrutiny, especially from a Gen-Z generation that is increasingly vocal and unwilling to remain silent when it feels let down by the system.

He called for a more responsive and people-centric governance model, urging officials to ensure that government decisions translate into tangible relief for citizens on the ground.
