US President Donald Trump has announced that he has completed his latest medical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, saying doctors found him in “perfect” physical condition ahead of his 80th birthday next month.
Trump shared the update through a social media post shortly after leaving the military hospital. He thanked the doctors and staff at Walter Reed and said all results from the six-month physical examination came back positive before returning to the White House
The medical review is the fourth publicly known health evaluation since Trump returned to office. The White House has continued to project confidence about the president’s health as questions over the age and fitness of senior political leaders remain a major topic in American politics.
Recent public appearances had sparked speculation online after visible bruising on Trump’s hand and swelling in his legs drew attention. Officials earlier dismissed concerns, saying the issues were minor and not linked to any serious medical condition.
Despite nearing 80, Trump continues to maintain an intense public schedule with rallies, meetings, travel and campaign-style events. Supporters frequently point to his energy levels and active routine as signs of strong health and endurance.
The latest medical update is expected to fuel fresh political debate in Washington, where the health and age of top leaders continue to remain under close public scrutiny.
