New Delhi, June 2:
A major administrative reshuffle has taken place at the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), with its Chairman and Secretary being transferred amid questions surrounding the procurement of On-Screen Marking (OSM) services. Authorities have also constituted a special inquiry committee to examine the process through which the digital evaluation services were acquired.
The committee is expected to review procurement procedures, contract approvals, and adherence to institutional guidelines. The development comes as concerns grow over transparency and accountability in the board’s digital examination assessment system.
Officials are expected to submit their findings after a detailed review of all relevant records and decisions linked to the OSM project.
