New Delhi, July 25:
Amid nationwide protests over the alleged NEET paper leak, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat made significant remarks on the changing mindset of the younger generation, saying that today's youth questions everything and deserves meaningful answers.
Addressing the 'Vishwa Mangalya Sabha' National Enlightenment Conference in New Delhi, Bhagwat said the younger generation has developed a questioning attitude, and society must respond to their concerns rather than dismiss them
. He urged parents to spend more time with their children, engage in open conversations, and patiently address their doubts. According to him, stronger family communication is essential to guide young people in the right direction.
Bhagwat also highlighted the impact of technology on modern society, noting that almost everything is now available on mobile phones. With instant access to information, today's youth think differently and expect clear explanations, he said.
He stressed that families, educational institutions, and society share the responsibility of instilling values, responsibility, and critical thinking in the younger generation.
His remarks come at a time when protests over the alleged NEET-UG 2026 paper leak continue across the country, making his comments particularly relevant to the ongoing national debate on youth, education, and accountability.
