A major and tragic incident occurred at the famous Ashok Dham temple in Lakhisarai, Bihar, on the third Monday of Sawan. Amidst the heavy crowd gathered for the water offering to Lord Shiva, a stampede suddenly broke out. At least 7 devotees have died in the incident, while more than 12 people are reported to be injured.
