Police have taken stringent measures against illegal immigrants in Bengaluru. The police apprehended 31 Bangladeshi nationals identified within the jurisdiction of 10 police stations in the city. Subsequently, they were transferred from SMVT Bengaluru Railway Station to Malda in West Bengal.
It is reported that authorities are taking steps to complete the legal process from there and deport them from the country.
