Sri Durga Malleshwara Swamy Temple Executive Officer V.K. Sheena Naik advised the temple staff to interact with devotees with respect and a spirit of service.

During a special training program held on Sunday, he directed the employees to consider the satisfaction of devotees as their primary duty. He suggested that staff in key departments such as Annadanam, Pooja, Festival Section, and Stationery should work with greater alertness.

He provided the staff with an understanding of how to communicate with devotees, how to manage during peak times, and how to implement laws and government guidelines.
