Italy has received €12.8 billion in the ninth installment of its national recovery and resilience program, marking another major step in the country's economic modernization efforts. 

The funding will support a wide range of projects, including infrastructure upgrades, digital transformation, green energy initiatives, healthcare improvements, and public sector reforms.

Government officials said the latest disbursement reflects steady progress in meeting key development targets and implementing reforms linked to the recovery plan. Italy remains among the leading European nations in utilizing recovery funds and advancing approved projects.

The investment is expected to strengthen economic growth, create employment opportunities, and improve services for citizens and businesses across the country

With one installment remaining, Italy is entering the final phase of its recovery program, focusing on delivering long-term benefits through strategic investments and structural reforms.
