Malkajgiri Police Crack Down on Illegal SPA Centres, 46 Cases Registered

Malkajgiri Police inspected 113 SPA centres and registered 46 cases for unauthorized operations and safety violations during a special enforcement drive.

Hyderabad: In a major enforcement drive aimed at curbing illegal activities and ensuring public safety, Malkajgiri Police conducted extensive inspections of SPA centres operating across the Commissionerate limits.

During the special operation, police teams inspected 113 SPA centres and identified multiple violations of rules and regulations. Authorities registered 46 cases against establishments found operating without proper authorization, failing to maintain mandatory records, neglecting customer identity verification procedures, and violating prescribed safety norms.

Police officials stated that the drive was undertaken to ensure that SPA centres function within the legal framework and do not become hubs for unlawful activities. They emphasized that strict action will continue against businesses found flouting regulations.

 Malkajgiri Police reiterated their commitment to maintaining law and order and safeguarding public interests. Citizens have been urged to report any suspicious or illegally operated SPA centres to the nearest police station for immediate action.

Officials indicated that similar inspections and enforcement drives will continue in the coming weeks to ensure compliance across the Commissionerate.
