Hyderabad, June 21:
A city court has cancelled the bail granted to two Nepali nationals accused in a sensational robbery case reported from Hyderabad's Jubilee Hills area. The accused are alleged to have played a key role in a burglary involving the theft of valuables worth several lakhs of rupees from a residential property
. According to investigators, the robbery was part of a well-planned operation, with the accused allegedly working in coordination with others involved in the crime. Police had earlier raised concerns about the possibility of the accused fleeing the country and sought cancellation of their bail.
After hearing arguments from both sides, the court revoked the bail and directed the accused to surrender before the authorities. Police officials said the order would help ensure the smooth progress of the investigation and trial.
The Jubilee Hills Police are continuing their probe to identify and apprehend other suspects allegedly linked to the case. Further legal proceedings are expected in the coming weeks.
