Telangana Govt Reshuffles 13 IAS Officers; Key Administrative Posts Reassigned

Telangana government transfers 13 IAS officers, appoints N. Sridhar as CM's Principal Secretary, Ajit Reddy as Invest Telangana CEO, and reshuffles key posts.

Hyderabad, June 26: The Telangana government has carried out a major administrative reshuffle, transferring and posting 13 IAS officers across key departments. The appointments were issued through G.O. Rt. No. 914 as part of the state's latest bureaucratic reorganisation.

Among the significant changes, N. Sridhar has been appointed as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. Shailaja Ramaiyer has been transferred from the Endowments Department to the Environment, Forests, Science and Technology (EFS&T) Department.

Ahmed Nadeem has been posted as Principal Secretary, Political General Administration Department (GAD), while Rahul Bojja will serve as Principal Secretary, Disaster Management.

Ajit Reddy has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Invest Telangana. Musharraf Ali Faruqui has been given additional charge as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of TGREEDCO.

 P. Katyayani Devi has been posted as Special Chief Secretary, Handlooms and Textiles. K. Gangadhar, Executive Director of TGRERA, has been transferred to the Roads & Buildings Department.

Other key appointments include T. Venkanna as Commissioner of the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC), K. Vidyasagar as Director of Tourism, and K. Chandrakala, who has been given Full Additional Charge (FAC) as Joint Metropolitan Commissioner of HMDA.

The reshuffle is aimed at strengthening governance and improving administrative efficiency across various departments in the state.
