Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy has kicked off civic infrastructure projects worth ₹97 lakh across the Venkat Reddy Nagar and Ramanthapur divisions, aimed at boosting drinking water supply and modernising the underground drainage network.
The package includes new water pipelines in Nehru Nagar and Balaji Nagar–Sri Rama Colony, alongside major sewer line upgrades in Srinagar Colony, Satyanagar and Lakshmi Srikanth Nagar.
Speaking at the launch, the MLA said improving basic civic infrastructure remains a top priority and reaffirmed his commitment to delivering reliable water supply, efficient sewage systems and better public services.
He added that the works will improve everyday living standards and support the area's long-term, sustainable development.
