A request has been made to the Malkajgiri Municipal Commissioner to approve CC roads for Venkata Sai Nagar Colony.

In response to the request of Vijayaender Reddy regarding the CC roads in Venkata Sai Nagar, MMC Commissioner Vinay Krishna Reddy has positively responded and assured action.

In Ramantapur Bhagayat, the president of the colony welfare association and senior journalist Vijender Reddy submitted a petition to the Commissioner of Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation, Mr. T. Vinay Krishna Reddy, IAS, urging for the immediate approval of CC road construction works in Venkata Sai Nagar Colony.

On this occasion, the local MLA, MP, and MLC handed over the recommendation letters provided for the approval of CC roads to the Commissioner. Vijender Reddy explained that the infrastructure works such as drinking water and drainage in the colony have already been completed, and that the construction of CC roads has now become an urgent necessity.

He brought to the Commissioner’s attention that residents of the colony are facing severe difficulties due to mud, water stagnation, and dust during the rainy season, particularly affecting students, women, and the elderly who are struggling in their daily commutes. Responding to the petition, Commissioner Mr. T. Vinay Krishna Reddy, IAS, assured that he would review the proposals and take necessary administrative actions as per the regulations to work towards the approval of CC roads for Venkata Sai Nagar Colony. The event was attended by Zonal Commissioner Radhika Gupta, IAS, officials from Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation, members of the Venkata Sai Nagar Colony Welfare Association, colony committee members, and local residents.
