The Beerappagadda Goud Crematorium in Uppal is set for a major facelift after ₹45 lakh was sanctioned for its first phase of development through the efforts of Uppal Congress in-charge Mandumula Parameshwar Reddy.
On Sunday, Parameshwar Reddy handed over the sanction letters to representatives of the Uppal Goud Association. He said the crematorium had long been neglected and assured that additional funds would be secured to transform it into a model crematorium. He added that the development works are being taken up with the support of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements across the Uppal constituency. The event was attended by Goud Association leaders, community representatives, and local residents.
