₹1.8 crore sanctioned for Goud, Mudiraj and Kummari community graveyards; Uppal MLA felicitated

Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy was felicitated after securing ₹1.8 crore for the development of Goud, Mudiraj and Kummari graveyards.

Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy was felicitated by members of the Goud community after securing ₹1.8 crore in government funding for the development of graveyards serving the Goud, Mudiraj and Kummari communities in Srinagar Colony, located in the erstwhile Chilukanagar and present-day Beerappa Gadda Division.

 Former Chilukanagar Corporator Bannala Geetha Praveen Mudiraj was also honoured for her role in supporting the proposal and facilitating the sanction of funds.

 Community leaders said the approval of ₹1.8 crore, along with the release of the first instalment of ₹45 lakh, marks a significant milestone for the long-pending development works. They expressed their gratitude to the MLA and the former corporator for their efforts in securing the funds and felicitated them with traditional shawls in recognition of their contribution.
