Hyderabad: A state-level multi-specialty robotic surgery workshop commenced at Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS) on Sunday.

He also interacted with medical experts and sought details about the latest robotic surgical technologies, their applications and their potential role in improving patient care.

 The workshop brings together medical specialists to discuss and demonstrate the use of advanced robotic technology across multiple surgical specialties, with a focus on strengthening Telangana’s modern healthcare capabilities.

Telangana Health and Medical Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha visited the hospital and formally inaugurated the workshop. During his visit, the minister inspected advanced medical robotic equipment and the infrastructure established at TIMS.
