The 44-year-old teamed up with rising Canadian player Victoria Mboko in the women’s doubles event and delivered an impressive performance in front of an enthusiastic crowd. The pair secured a straight-sets victory to advance to the next round.

 Williams, one of the most decorated players in tennis history, showed glimpses of the power and determination that defined her career despite the lengthy break from competition. Her return drew significant attention from fans and the tennis community worldwide.
