Actor and producer Eva Longoria has voiced her support for Mexico during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, saying her family's Mexican heritage makes the team's campaign especially meaningful.

Longoria, who was born in the United States but proudly embraces her Mexican roots, said she will be backing El Tri throughout the tournament. She described football as a powerful way to celebrate culture, identity and community, adding that a World Cup success for Mexico would be a memorable moment for millions of fans.
