Pentagon-linked AARO reveals details of a classified UAP infrared video tracked by US military sensors, sparking fresh UFO debate in Washington.

A newly surfaced Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) video has triggered renewed global interest after members of the US House of Representatives reportedly sought access to 51 classified records linked to such incidents.

The materials are believed to be held by the US Department of Defense and intelligence agencies. The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), responsible for investigating UAP cases, reviewed the classified network and confirmed the presence of documents and video files. However, it noted that many of these records lack clear provenance, including details on their original source and how they were archived.

Among the reviewed materials is a file labeled “NAG UAP 1 Jun 20,” reportedly recorded in 2020 using an infrared sensor system deployed at a US Central Command facility. The footage was later uploaded to a classified network in June 2024 by an unidentified individual.

The video reportedly shows an unusual light-and-shadow anomaly within the sensor’s detection range. The system is seen tracking the object for nearly three minutes, maintaining target lock and adjusting zoom and orientation repeatedly. At around 3 minutes and 38 seconds, the object exits the frame, after which the sensor attempts to reacquire and re-center it.

In the final seconds, the system continues to adjust zoom levels while attempting to keep the object within view.

AARO clarified that the release is strictly informational and does not represent an official conclusion regarding the nature or origin of the object. Authorities also stated that sensitive details, including locations of military installations and identities of personnel, were removed to ensure security. 

Despite widespread speculation, officials emphasized that no confirmed assessment has been made about whether the incident represents advanced technology, natural phenomena, or unidentified aerial activity.

The development comes amid growing political interest in transparency regarding UAP data, with lawmakers pushing for broader declassification of related materials.
