Bollywood star Tabu is stepping into a powerful new avatar with Slum Dog – 33 Temple Road. The makers have introduced her character Gauri Hegde, describing the role as fierce, fearless and ruthless, instantly adding to the excitement surrounding the upcoming action drama.

Tabu plays Gauri Hegde, a Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, in the film. The character glimpse presents her as a tough and uncompromising officer who does not hesitate to confront danger. Her intense screen presence and commanding attitude give the character a distinctly powerful edge.
