Hyderabad: Megastar Chiranjeevi’s much-awaited mass action entertainer ‘Kaaka’ is officially staying in the Sankranthi 2027 race, putting an end to speculation over a possible postponement.
The makers have confirmed that the Bobby Kolli directorial will hit theatres worldwide on January 13, 2027. The announcement comes amid rumours that the film could be pushed to a later date.
The latest update has now put all such speculation to rest. The film, backed by KVN Productions, is gearing up for a grand festive release, with the makers promising a high-energy commercial entertainer.
Chiranjeevi will be seen in contrasting shades in the film, which has already created buzz with its glimpse. The actor plays K Satyam, while the glimpse also hints at a younger, stylish and action-packed avatar.
With Chiranjeevi officially holding his Sankranthi slot, the 2027 festive box-office battle is set to heat up. The makers have also indicated that the film’s first single is coming soon.
