Uppal Police Personnel Honoured for Efficient Security Arrangements During IPL Matches at Uppal Stadium

Police officers at Uppal Stadium were honoured for maintaining flawless security and crowd management during high-attendance IPL cricket matches.

Uppal Police officials felicitated police personnel for their dedicated services and efficient security management during the IPL matches held at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Uppal. Uppal Sub-Inspectors Chiranjeevi and Madhu, along with Head Constable Jangaiah, were honoured with mementoes in recognition of their outstanding performance in maintaining law and order during the matches.

 The programme was attended by Malkajgiri Police Commissioner Sumathi, Uppal Zone DCP Suresh, Additional DCP Venkataramana, ACP Venkat Reddy, SHO Ramalinga Reddy, and DI Ravikumar. Indian cricketer Abhishek Sharma also participated in the event and appreciated the efforts of the police personnel.

 Officials stated that despite the large turnout of spectators during the IPL matches, the police department ensured smooth crowd management and maintained tight security arrangements without any untoward incidents.
