Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed officials to expedite the works of the Musi River Front development project.
In a high-level review meeting held at the MCR HRD Bodhi Pavilion, extensive discussions were held on the progress of the first phase of the Musi River Front project.
The Chief Minister instructed officials to allocate double bedroom houses to all eligible residents living in the Musi riverbed and to provide appropriate compensation under TDR (Transferable Development Rights) or as per regulations to those who assist in land acquisition. He suggested that the state government take action to relocate structures on defense land for the Gandhi Sarovar project. Additionally, he clarified that a Musi Experience Center should be established on Necklace Road to comprehensively explain the development works to be undertaken under the project to the public, as well as to set up a system to receive public opinions and suggestions on the project. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy directed officials to take necessary actions to complete the Musi River Front project transparently, with a public interest perspective, and within the stipulated deadline.
