Donation Counter Staff Exit Ayodhya Ram Temple Over Work Pressure

Over 50% of employees handling donation counting at Ayodhya Ram Temple have resigned, citing increased workload, longer shifts and stricter rules.

Devotional/Cultural

More than 50 percent of the employees engaged in counting donations at the Ayodhya Ram Temple have reportedly resigned, citing heavier workloads and extended working hours.

The resignations come as authorities tighten monitoring and operational procedures following recent scrutiny over the temple's donation management system.

Several staff members are said to have raised concerns over increased responsibilities, reduced flexibility in shifts and stricter workplace protocols introduced as part of administrative reforms. The sudden exit of a large section of the counting team has created fresh challenges for the temple's donation processing operations.

Temple authorities are expected to initiate recruitment and restructuring measures to ensure uninterrupted handling of donations and maintain transparency in the system.
