Guna, Madhya Pradesh | March 20, 2026 In a shocking case of alleged medical negligence, a young man identified as John Pardhi was declared dead by doctors at a district hospital in Guna—only to regain consciousness later in the mortuary. According to family members, John reportedly consumed a toxic substance known as “Sulphas” following severe mental stress. He was immediately rushed to the district hospital in an unconscious condition. However, relatives allege that doctors declared him dead without conducting proper medical examinations. Hospital authorities allegedly completed formalities in haste and shifted the body to the mortuary. In a dramatic turn of events, John regained consciousness while inside the mortuary, leaving staff and family members in shock. The incident has triggered outrage among locals and raised serious concerns over medical protocols and negligence at government hospitals. Family members are demanding strict action against the responsible doctors and a thorough investigation into the lapse. Officials are yet to issue a detailed statement on the matter.
