The White House has announced that US President Donald Trump will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with other global leaders during next week’s G7 Summit 2026 in France.

According to the statement, the discussions are expected to focus on strengthening economic growth, securing resilient global supply chains, advancing cooperation in Artificial Intelligence, expanding investment partnerships, and addressing key global security challenges.

President Trump is also scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Modi on Wednesday, ahead of a working lunch with G7 leaders, outreach partner countries, and technology industry executives.

The high-level engagement is being viewed as part of ongoing efforts to deepen strategic coordination between Washington and New Delhi across trade, technology, and geopolitical priorities.
