Nashik, April 18:

The ongoing investigation into the controversial Nashik-linked TCS case has taken a dramatic turn after the Crime Branch reportedly discovered a locked residential premises in Mumbai linked to key suspect Nida Khan, while her mobile phone remains switched off, raising serious suspicion in the case.

According to sources close to the investigation, officers reached the Mumbai address late Friday night but found the house completely locked with no signs of recent activity. Neighbours reportedly told officials they had not seen Nida Khan for several days, intensifying concerns over her sudden disappearance amid the probe.

Investigators are now focusing on her husband, who has been repeatedly questioned regarding her whereabouts and recent movements. Officials are trying to piece together communication records, financial transactions, and digital footprints to establish whether there was any planned evasion or coordinated concealment.

The Crime Branch team is also examining possible links between the Nashik incident and corporate associations, including individuals connected to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), though authorities have not officially confirmed any direct corporate wrongdoing at this stage. The investigation remains open-ended, with multiple angles being explored

. As pressure mounts, officials say the case is evolving into a wider network inquiry rather than a single-location probe. With key evidence still missing and Nida Khan untraceable, investigators are racing against time to determine whether this is a case of disappearance, obstruction, or deliberate evasion of law enforcement.
