On the occasion of International Women's Day, celebrations were grandly held at the Sri Rastu Convention Hall in Uppal under the auspices of the Malkajgiri Police Commissionerate. Various women police officers and staff from the Malkajgiri Police Commissionerate actively participated in the event.
Malkajgiri Police Commissioner Avinash Mahanti, who was the chief guest at the event, stated that women play a crucial role in society. He mentioned that with determination and dedication, women can achieve success in every field. He noted that women across the country are currently advancing alongside men in various sectors and taking on leadership responsibilities. He emphasized that respecting women is an essential part of Indian culture and encouraged the women police staff to perform their duties with courage and commitment.
He congratulated the women police staff for effectively managing both family responsibilities and professional duties. He highlighted that women staff in the Malkajgiri Police Commissionerate are providing efficient services in areas such as law and order, traffic, crime investigation, and women's safety. He mentioned that they are serving the community by providing counseling to victims suffering from issues like domestic violence.
