Patna, August 4: Prashant Kishor has registered a significant political victory in the Bankipur Assembly by-election, giving the Jan Suraaj Party its biggest electoral breakthrough so far. The result has triggered fresh discussions over whether Bihar is witnessing the emergence of a viable third political front.
The Bankipur seat had long been considered a stronghold of established political parties, making the outcome a major boost for Kishor's campaign to position Jan Suraaj as an alternative to both the NDA and the Mahagathbandhan.
