Proposals for development works in Ramantapur amounting to ₹2.57 crores.

Proposals worth Rs. 2.57 crore have been submitted for the development of sewage and drinking water projects in the Ramantapur division, and officials from the Water Board have stated that the work will commence soon.

In the Ramantapur division, MLA Bandari Lakshma Reddy, along with BRS leader Gantham Nageswara Rao, submitted a memorandum to the Managing Director of the Water Board, Ashok Reddy, regarding the development works for sewage and drinking water.

They proposed development works such as the reconstruction of damaged sewage pipelines, installation of new water lines, and replacement of silted SWG lines in areas including Nehru Nagar, Endowment Colony, Ramshankar Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Sri Rama Colony, Ganesh Nagar, Netaji Nagar, Rajendranagar, Pragathi Nagar, and Gokhale Nagar within Ward No. 26.

The total cost for these works is estimated at Rs. 2 crores and 57 lakhs. Water Board MD Ashok Reddy responded positively to the proposed works and assured that the work would commence as soon as possible.
