Amid escalating tensions in the Gulf, former US President Donald Trump has issued a strong response following Iran’s missile and drone strikes on American bases. In an eight-minute video statement released on Truth Social, Trump confirmed that major US combat operations inside Iran have begun, stating that Iran must never be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons.

He declared that US forces would target and destroy Iran’s naval capabilities, missile systems, and what he described as terror networks. Trump issued a direct ultimatum to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, calling on them to disarm in exchange for immunity, warning of severe consequences otherwise.

According to the statement, strikes have hit key nuclear facilities in Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan. Trump said operations will continue until objectives are achieved, while leaving the door open for possible future negotiations under new Iranian leadership.
