V.N. Aditya Leads Sweeping Victory in Telugu Directors' Association ElectionsHyderabad, March 8, 2026: The Telugu Cine Directors' Association elections delivered a resounding win for the V.N. Aditya and Sai Rajesh-led panel, turning what was expected to be a close contest into a one-sided triumph. V.N. Aditya secured the president's post with 641 votes, far ahead of rival Maddineni Ramesh's 400 votes.Sai Rajesh dominated the treasurer race, clinching 938 votes in a record-breaking sweep against G. Sudhakar Rao (76 votes) and E. Premaraju (40 votes).

Vice Presidents (Three Elected Due to Tie):

V. Samudra topped with 703 votes, followed by a tie between S.V. Bhaskar Reddy and Journalist Prabhulaku Chero at 522 votes each. Rivals B. Subbarao (149), Daddy Srinivas (136), and V. Srivatsav (46) trailed far behind.

Other Key Wins:

General Secretary: P.V. Ramarao (520 votes) beat S.H. Subbareddy (364) and Kasthuri Srinivas (170).

Joint Secretaries: Cherukuri Balaji (598 votes) and A. Krishnamohan (581 votes); Vaddanam Ramesh gave stiff competition with 489 votes

.Executive Secretaries: Raja Vannemreddy (549 votes) and A. Sunil (491 votes).Executive Committee (9 of 26 Elected): Alla Akash (718), Kolanu Shailesh (672), Guntur Anji Babu (660), Thalatham Mallik (639), Sagar Chandra (633), T. Sriram Aditya (629), M. Sai Surendrababu (551), Ramana Mogili (534), Konda Vijay Kumar (511).Prominent directors like Tammareddy Bharadwaja, Relangi Narasimha Rao, Shiva Nageshwar Rao, S.V. Krishnareddy, and Anil Ravipudi cast their votes, boosting turnout. The results mark a decisive mandate for the winning panel.
