According to police and legal sources, Samarth Singh arrived at the court on Friday evening and formally surrendered before judicial authorities. The move came shortly after he withdrew his anticipatory bail plea filed in the Madhya Pradesh High Court, leaving him with no legal protection from arrest in the case. Paragraph

: Police had earlier launched a search operation for the accused husband and even announced a reward for information leading to his arrest. The investigation has been proceeding amid serious allegations of dowry harassment and abetment to suicide, which have been strongly denied by the accused family, who have claimed that Twisha Sharma was facing personal issues. Paragraph

In parallel developments, the Madhya Pradesh High Court has also issued notices in connection with the case, including to Samarth Singh’s mother, a retired judicial officer, who is also named as an accused. Authorities are now examining multiple angles in the case, while Twisha’s family continues to demand a fair and impartial investigation. Paragraph

The case has now been transferred into a more intensified phase of legal scrutiny, with further hearings expected in the coming days. Police officials have stated that custodial interrogation and further evidence collection will play a crucial role in establishing the circumstances surrounding Twisha Sharma’s death and fixing accountability.
