Revanth Reddy has proclaimed the new Telugu year, Sri Parabhava Nama Samvatsaram, beginning today, as ‘Rythu Nama Samvatsaram’ – a dedicated Year of the Farmer. This announcement underscores the state government's commitment to empowering its agricultural backbone amid ongoing challenges like climate variability and market fluctuations.In a vibrant Ugadi celebration address, CM Revanth Reddy highlighted transformative initiatives for Telangana farmers, including enhanced irrigation projects, subsidized seeds, and direct financial aid under the Rythu Bharosa scheme. "This Rythu Nama Samvatsaram will mark a new dawn for our Telugu farmers, ensuring prosperity and sustainability," he stated, urging collective efforts to boost crop yields and rural economies.
