Hyderabad, March 27, 2026 The Telangana government is set to roll out the Integrated Bhu Bharati Portal, a new digital platform aimed at bringing transparency and efficiency to land transactions across the state. State Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy announced that the portal has been designed to provide complete visibility into all land-related dealings, ensuring a more transparent system for citizens. According to the minister, the portal will be launched on a pilot basis starting April 2, 2026, in select mandals including Kosgi (Narayanpet district), Amangal (Ranga Reddy district), Vatpally (Sangareddy district), Kusumanchi (Khammam district), and Aswaraopeta (Bhadradri Kothagudem district). He stated that the government will closely monitor the merits and demerits of the system during the pilot phase. Based on the findings, necessary modifications will be made before expanding the portal statewide in the second phase. The initiative fulfills a key electoral promise of the government, with the introduction of the Bhu Bharati Act. The minister also noted that the earlier Dharani portal has been scrapped and replaced with this more advanced and transparent system. Officials believe that the Integrated Bhu Bharati Portal will significantly reduce disputes, improve accountability, and simplify land record management for the public.
