All arrangements for the convenience of devotees, darshan, queue lines, water supply, security, and annaprasadam for the Sri Shailam Ugadi festival have been fully prepared.

A review meeting was held by Executive Officer Sri M. Srinivasa Rao regarding the arrangements for the Ugadi Mahotsav at the Srisailam Temple.

In view of the Ugadi celebrations scheduled from March 16 to 20, he instructed the officials to ensure that the arrangements for darshan are well-organized due to the increasing influx of devotees. He suggested that all departments work in coordination to ensure that devotees can have a peaceful darshan of the deity without any inconvenience. He directed the Annaprasada department to provide continuous drinking water and snacks to the devotees waiting in the queue complexes and queue lines. He also mentioned that the Electrical department should monitor the proper functioning of fans and coolers in the queue complexes. Emphasizing the need for vigilance, he clarified that officials should perform their duties diligently to avoid any lapses in water supply, darshan management, and security arrangements, considering the expected crowd of devotees. Special arrangements were suggested for devotees coming on foot along the routes of Venkata Puram, Nagalooti, Damera Kuntla, Pedda Cheruvu, Mathambavi, Bhimunikolanu, and Kailasa Dwaram. He instructed the officials to ensure full cooperation from the temple for providing drinking water facilities and for donors offering food to the devotees along the Kali Path route.

On the occasion of the Ugadi Mahotsav, the Executive Officer stated that all departments should work in coordination to manage the arrangements effectively, ensuring that devotees do not face any inconveniences.
