Chennai News Story: A latest survey conducted by Chennai based  Agni News has projected a sweeping victory for the DMK-led alliance in the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. According to the survey findings, the alliance is expected to secure around 180 seats in the 234-member विधानसभा, with an estimated vote share of nearly 45%. The report indicates a strong consolidation of support in favor of the ruling alliance, with voters reportedly backing its welfare schemes, governance model, and leadership. The survey suggests that the DMK and its allies may dominate both urban and rural constituencies, leaving limited space for opposition parties to make significant gains. On the other hand, the opposition alliance is projected to trail considerably, struggling to convert its vote share into seats. Analysts cited in the survey point to fragmented opposition strategies and lack of a unified narrative as key challenges. Political observers note that while pre-election surveys often capture broad trends, ground-level dynamics and last-minute shifts could still influence the final outcome. Campaign intensity and voter turnout are expected to play a crucial role in determining the final results. The Agni News survey adds to a series of recent projections hinting at a favorable position for the DMK alliance, though official results will only be known after the Election   concludes.
